About the project
The Kingdom's first digital entrepreneurship complex: a coworking space for entrepreneurs in content creation, marketing and related activities. The Space runs the whole complex in an alliance with UTurn, including hiring, events, programs, partnerships, incubators and accelerators, bringing in speakers and investors from the Kingdom and abroad, and regular reporting.
Our role in the project
We hired the operations team and give full support by tracking and evaluating performance indicators and controlling quality, with regular meetings with Monsha'at to review goals, study risks and propose solutions.
