The spare parts and maintenance accelerator was launched in September 2022 in response to developments in the automotive sector: a 14-week program of intensive training three days a week, focused on business models, product development, marketing, innovation and financial management.

We managed the program, including planning and marketing, training, advisory sessions and shared services, and connected the participants with partners and investors.
