What does The Space provide?

We offer coworking spaces, and entrepreneurship programs, and support global entrepreneurs to set up their businesses in KSA.

What are the types of offices and memberships provided by The Space?

We offer a variety of office solutions to meet the needs of our members: Private offices, dedicated desks, and hot desks. We also offer flexible renting periods, including 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. (We offer discounts for annual rental periods.)

What is the difference between dedicated and hot desks?

A hot desk is a shared desk between different members, it cannot be booked for long periods. A dedicated desk is assigned to a member as long as he needs it, other members are not allowed to use it.

What are the working hours of The Space?

Each branch has different working hours from the facility management team, but our team is available in our spaces from Sunday to Thursday from 9 am – 5 pm. These hours may differ during seasonal periods, such as during the month of Ramadan.

Can I use the meeting room if I’m not a member of The Space?

Yes, you can. You can book our meeting rooms and event spaces at any of our branches.
