About the project
The Cultural Support Voucher program provides 300 vouchers for services that help cultural sector businesses develop their work and grow their impact.
Nature of the project
Registering beneficiaries and shortlisting the applications, then delivering the services, ending with a beneficiary satisfaction survey and a case study to measure the impact.
Our role in the project
We prepared the project plan, studied the market, contracted the service providers, shortlisted the beneficiaries, delivered the voucher services, and wrote the case study for continuous improvement.
