Empowering men and women entrepreneurs in the tourism sector with high-quality mentoring programs that build their skills and guide them towards successful, sustainable projects.
Nature of the project
A complete mentoring program of one-to-one and group sessions with follow-up and evaluation activities, connecting entrepreneurs with specialist mentors and experts, with impact measurement at the end.
Our role in the project
We prepared the delivery plan, nominated the mentors and coordinated their schedules, managed communication with the beneficiaries, organised the sessions, prepared the materials and follow-up, and measured the final impact.
