About the project
Raising the quality of local literary output through a complete experience that supports emerging literary talent, from training and preparation to producing outstanding literary works, publishing them and promoting them.
Nature of the project
A bootcamp followed by two business incubators: 20–30 emerging writers were selected and five of them qualified for each incubator; the program ended with ten new literary works and a campaign to promote them.
Our role in the project
We managed the program from communications, marketing, designs and training content and bringing in trainers and speakers, through to the closing ceremony and the promotion of the ten works.
