Our methodology

How we manage and run a project

A six-stage methodology we have applied in more than 30 programs: it starts with the organisation's goals and ends with documented impact.

  1. 01

    Discovery and design

We understand the organisation's goals and turn them into performance indicators, study the market, and design the program and its operating models.

  2. 02

    Recruitment and selection

Marketing campaigns, registration platforms, clear selection criteria and independent nomination committees.

  3. 03

    Delivery and enablement

Bootcamps, workshops and one-to-one mentoring with a network of trainers, experts and speakers.

  4. 04

    Connection and showcase

Demo days, investment rounds, introductions to partners and clients, and a closing ceremony.

  5. 05

    Follow-up and impact measurement

Follow-up after the program, beneficiary satisfaction surveys, and case studies for continuous improvement.

  6. 06

    Governance and reporting

A project management office that tracks performance and risks, with dashboards and regular meetings with the client.
